Refund Policy

1. Returns & Refunds — Overview

  • Return Window: You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition — including all packaging, tags, hygiene seals, accessories, and any freebies.
  • How to Initiate: Simply log in to your Shopynestly account, go to My Orders, choose the order and item(s) you want to return, and follow the on-screen instructions to request a return. Alternatively, email us at returns@shopynestly.online with your order number and item details.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

2. Eligibility & Condition Requirements

  • Only items purchased directly from shopynestly.online are eligible. Gifted items or marketplace goods may follow different rules.
  • Goods must be in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and protective seals intact.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Beauty or personal care products (e.g., skincare, makeup) — unless unopened, unused, and sealed.
    • Gift cards or digital downloads (unless faulty).
    • Items marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or “No Returns” on product pages.
    • Customized or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect).

3. Return Methods & Shipping

  • Return Authorization: Returns require prior approval. After your return request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label via email (for India-based orders) or instructions for arranging return shipping internationally.
  • Using the Label: Print and affix the label to your package, then drop it off at the designated courier point.
  • Customer-Paid Returns: If returning from outside India or outside the prepaid label zone, you may be asked to cover return shipping. We’ll offer reimbursement or a credit for standard postage costs—just keep your receipt!
  • Risk of Loss: Use a tracked or insured shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. Shopynestly isn’t responsible for lost return parcels without proof of dispatch.

4. Refund Types

  • Full Refund: Issued to your original payment method once the return is accepted.
  • Store Credit: For returns without a receipt or after 30 days (if accepted), we may issue a shop credit.
  • Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Refund Timelines

  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
  • The time taken to reflect the refund in your account depends on your payment provider: credit/debit cards may take up to 10 business days, while digital wallets or UPI may process faster.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We apologize if items arrived damaged or incorrect. Here’s how we’ll make it right:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopynestly.online with:
    • Your order number.
    • Photos clearly showing the defect or mismatch.
  2. We’ll review and, if approved, send a prepaid return label.
  3. Upon receiving and confirming the issue, you can choose:
    • A full refund,
    • Store credit, or
    • A replacement (subject to availability).

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement via your account dashboard.
  • After Dispatch: If already shipped, the regular return process (outlined above) applies.

8. Return Exceptions & Important Notes

  • Sale Items: Items on sale or clearance may be subject to a shorter return window (e.g., 14 days), as indicated on product pages.
  • Partial Returns: If you return fewer items than ordered, refunds will be processed proportionally.
  • Gift Returns: Returns of gifts require proof of purchase. Eligible returns will result in store credit issued to the purchaser unless otherwise arranged.

  • Double-check your order to avoid return delays.

  • Drop off the return parcel with tracking—retain your receipt until the refund is confirmed.
  • Watch your email for updates after your request is submitted (check junk/spam folders if needed).
